Superior King Suite 1
The Superior King Suite 1 provides amazing accommodation if you prefer a big suite away from other guests the suite offers a double door with no additional windows this suite provides the comfort of an extra-length King Size bed.
The Suite offers a separate en-suite bathroom with a shower only, the whole suite is decorated in tones of beige and blue. Additional to the suite you have a double door that opens onto a small courtyard with a table and chairs just to relax during your stay.
Amenities on offer during your stay: Nespresso Machine including complimentary coffee pods, small kettle for tea, complimentary shampoo, Bodywash in the bathroom, hairdryer, small fridge with two bottles of water, individual air-conditioning, and a 32inc TV with Netflix only.

Included in your rate:
- 15% VAT
- Breakfast each morning in the dining room from 08:00 – 10:00 (No Halaal Catering)
- 10% Discount Voucher from Holden Manz Wine Estate to be use during your stay only
- Use of the swimming pool at own risk during summer
- Free open parking in front of the house
House Rules
- Check in is from 14:00 – 18:00 each day – if you require a later check in please let us know
- Check out on day of departure is at 11:00
Late check outs will be charge as follows:
- 11:00 – 13:00 – 20% daily rate
- 11:00 – 15:00 – 50% of daily rate
- After 15:00 – Full night’s stay
After 19:00 (Summer) and 18:00 (Winter) the Main House is closed, but manager is on call.
No pets allowed, and the guests houses is non-smoking.

Rates may differ on high peak times like festivals and long weekends. Any other terms and conditions which apply to bookings.
Deposit Policy
- 100% Payment due if booking are made with in 7 days of arrival
- 50% Deposit on all bookings when making the reservation.
- Remainder to be settled 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy – if you booked a certain rate, please note the different cancellation policy associated with the rate.
14 Day Cancellation (Rate Booked)
1. “No Shows” will be charge at 100% fee of the entire stay
2. Cancellations 0 – 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a 100% cancellation fee of entire stay
3. Cancellations 15 – 31 days or more prior to arrival may cancel free of charge
Non Refundable (Rate Booked)
1. “No Shows” or cancellation will be charge at 100% fee of the entire stay
1 Day Cancellation (Rate Booked)

2. Cancellations 0 – 01 days prior to arrival will be charged a 100% cancellation fee of entire stay
3. Cancellations 02 – 31 days or more prior to arrival may cancel free of charge
Refunds - All refunds will have a 5% handling and administration fee
