As we offer mobile spa services directly to your room, it requires a fair bit of planning and preparation before the booking. We urge our guests to make bookings in advance. We will always try our best to accommodate last-minute bookings, but please understand this is especially difficult during peak summer months.
We hold your preferred date and time, for this reason, we respectfully require at least 5 hours notice for any cancellation. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any treatments canceled less than 5 hours before the appointment.

Monday to Friday: 08h00 - 19h00
Saturday & Sunday: 08h00 - 18h30
