We proudly present the works of artist Junaid Sénéchal-Senekal in our Thatched Villa accommodation.

In collaboration with Mirabelle, Junaid carefully selects artworks that complement the character of each room, creating a seamless blend of fine art and refined hospitality.

He is renowned for his distinctive technique, using a rare silver-based medium imported from abroad. It is neither foil nor silver leaf, but a unique combination of the two, resulting in a much stronger material. He constructs his etching surface by applying this silver material to board.

His work can only be viewed and purchased from his gallery in the centre of Franschhoek.

In our thatched villa, his works can be admired throughout the guest rooms, breakfast area and lounge, we invite you to enjoy and experience them during your stay.
